By accessing or using Plug Radar you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Plug Radar is

Plug Radar is a research and information tool that aggregates publicly available Vinted listings into demand-signal insights. We do not sell products. We do not process payments for products. We are not affiliated with Vinted.

Who can use it

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract. If you're a business user, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Account access

Access is granted via one of:

Membership in the Plughub Telegram group (£6.99 lifetime, sold separately on Shopify)
Claiming one of the 50 free "founder" slots
Direct purchase (when available for general audience)
Manual grant by admin (mentorship clients, etc)

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Refunds

All purchases of the Plughub group (which includes Plug Radar access) are FINAL after 24 hours from purchase. Founder slots are free and not eligible for refunds. Refund requests within the 24-hour window will be processed via Shopify.

Your responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

Scrape, mass-download, or resell the data we display
Attempt to bypass access controls or share access with non-paying users
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with our site beyond normal browser use
Reverse-engineer or attempt to reconstruct our scraping engine
Use the service for any illegal activity or to infringe intellectual property

Data accuracy — no guarantees

Plug Radar's trending signals are estimates based on publicly available Vinted data. Actual sales, prices, and demand may differ. We do not guarantee:

That items shown as "trending" will sell for you at the prices we display
That any specific level of income or profit will result from using this tool
That data is complete, accurate, or up-to-the-minute
That the service will be available 100% of the time

You are solely responsible for your business decisions. This is a research tool, not financial advice.

Service availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but do NOT guarantee it. Vinted may change their API, block us, or we may experience downtime. When this happens we will restore service as quickly as reasonably possible. No refunds are given for temporary downtime.

Third-party services

Plug Radar depends on Vinted's public infrastructure. If Vinted changes their terms, blocks access, or discontinues features we rely on, functionality may change or become unavailable. This is outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Plug Radar interface, code, brand, and design are our property. The underlying Vinted listing data belongs to Vinted and its users. You may not copy, republish, or resell any of it.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plug Radar and its operator are not liable for:

Lost profits, lost sales, or business decisions made based on the tool's data
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Total liability exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (£6.99 for group members; £0 for founder-slot users)

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may cancel your Plughub group membership through Shopify (loss of group access = loss of Plug Radar access).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in UK courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
